Il Nuovo Anno (O-Shogatsu) è la celebrazione più tradizionale del Giappone. Per festeggiare in piena tradizione, TENOHA MILANO ha preparato un menu particolare. Per i primi giorni del 2020 potremo gustare Osechi Ryori (おせち料理). Sapete di cosa si tratta?

Ogni ingrediente è speciale, perchè questo è considerato il pasto più importante dell’anno proprio perchè è quello che lo accoglie! Osechi Ryori sono i cibi tradizionali che si preparano durante il Capodanno. Qualcosa di non solo buonissimo, ma anche splendido da vedere! Anche gli occhi godranno di questa meraviglia prima dello stomaco. Un un assortimento di piatti colorati confezionati insieme in speciali scatole chiamate jubako, che assomigliano a scatole di bento.

The New Year (O-Shogatsu) is the most traditional celebration in Japan. To celebrate in full tradition, TENOHA MILANO has prepared a special menu. For the first days of 2020 we will be able to taste Osechi Ryori (おせち料理). Do you know what it is?

Each ingredient is special because this is considered the most important meal of the year precisely because it’s the one that welcomes it! Osechi Ryori are the traditional foods that are prepared on New Year’s Eve. Something not only delicious, but also splendid to see! Even the eyes will enjoy this wonder before the stomach does. An assortment of colorful dishes packed together in special boxes called jubako, which looks like a bento box.
