KOTO • KOTO in giapponese significa Caldo – Caldo. E’ ispirato all’Oden (おでん), che è un tipico piatto invernale della tradizione giapponese. Ma, esattamente, l’Oden che cos’è? E’ un piatto composto da i più svariati ingredienti bolliti per lungo tempo in un brodo a base di dashi e salsa di soia. Gli ingredienti più comuni sono il daikon, il konnyaku, le uova, vari tipi di tofu (Ganmodoki, Atsuage, Aburaage), il polpo e il Chikuwa (fish cake).

Tutti questi ingredienti assorbono il brodo e lo rendono appunto caldo caldo. Così ci siamo scaldati. Ma a cosa potete giocare? Anzi, a cosa giochiamo? TENOHA ha pensato anche a questo! Prima infatti vi accennavo che possiamo anche divertirci! Tentate la fortuna, potrete avere la perfetta combinazione di ingredienti e gustarvi l’aperitivo! KOTO • KOTO in Japanese means Hot – Hot. It is inspired by Oden (おでん), which is a typical winter dish from the Japanese tradition. But, exactly, what is an Oden? It is a dish composed of the most varied ingredients boiled for a long time in a broth based on dashi and soy sauce. The most common ingredients are daikon, konnyaku, eggs, various types of tofu (Ganmodoki, Atsuage, Aburaage), octopus and Chikuwa (fish cake).

All these ingredients absorb the broth and make it hot. So we warmed up. But what can you play at? Indeed, what do we play at? TENOHA has also thought of this!
