28 Ottobre ~ 10 Novembre: Sukiyaki Don – Prefettura di Kanagawa
La prefettura di Kanagawa si trova nella regione del Kanto. Dall 1868 gli stranieri cominciarono ad incontrare il Giappone dal Porto Yokohama e si diffuse la cultura di mangiare carne bovina.
Per questo TENOHA Milano ha scelto lo Sukiyaki, ed è uno dei piatti giapponesi più famosi al mondo!

SUKIYAKI DON: Ciotola di riso con Sukiyaki (carne di manzo, verdure miste, funghi shiitake, tofu in salsa Sukiyaki) uova in camicia e kobachi.
