Soumen e Takomeshi con Tempura

19 Agosto – 1 Settembre: Soumen e Takomeshi con Tempura (そうめんとたこ飯のセット 天ぷら添え) – Prefettura di Hyogo

Tenoha Hakken

La prefettura di Hyogo si trova nel midwest del Giappone e si affaccia sul Mare interno di Seto e sul Mar del Giappone. Il piatto scelto per questa prefettura è un pasto a base di Soumen e Riso con polpo. Per chi di voi non sapesse che cosa sia il Soumen, si tratta di una pasta sottile giapponese di farina bianca ed è popolare come piatto estivo. Il riso con polpo è famoso per essere il piatto locale sulla costa del Mare interno del Seto.

Questi deliziosi spaghettini giapponesi sono serviti freddi accompagnati da brodo di dashi, ciotola di riso con pollo bollito e tempura di verdure assortite.

La prefettura di Kagoshima si colloca nell’estremità sud-occidentale dell’isola di Kyushu. Con uno scenario simile a Napoli, la città di Kagoshima è stata a lungo definita la “Napoli del Giappone” e sono stati firmati accordi di gemellaggio tra la città di Kagoshima e la città di Napoli. Il piatto firma di questa prefettura è la Ricciola, il pesce più coltivato in Giappone. Da settembre, potrete servire la ricciola grigliata in salsa teriyaki con verdure di stagione, accompagnati da riso e zuppa di miso.

Tenoha Hakken

Hyogo Prefecture is located in the midwest of Japan and overlooks the Inland Sea of Seto and the Sea of Japan. The dish chosen for this prefecture is Soumen and Rice with octopus. For those of you who do not know what Soumen is, it is a thin Japanese white flour pasta and is popular as a summer dish. Rice with octopus is famous for being the local dish on the coast of the Seto Inland Sea.

These delicious Japanese noodles are served cold accompanied by dashi broth, rice bowl with boiled chicken and tempura of assorted vegetables.

The prefecture of Kagoshima is located at the southwestern end of the island of Kyushu. With a similar scenario in Naples, the city of Kagoshima has long been called the “Naples of Japan” and twinning agreements have been signed between the city of Kagoshima and the city of Naples. The signature dish of this prefecture is the amberjack, the most cultivated fish in Japan. From September, you can get grilled amberjack in teriyaki sauce with seasonal vegetables, accompanied by rice and miso soup.
