Questa volta vi proponiamo un altro speciale appuntamento, uno di quelli a cui non potete mancare. Un weekend tutto dedicato ad uno dei alcolici più famosi del mondo: il Gin. Approfittando anche del fatto che questo è l’anno del Gin, gli appassionati e perchè no, anche i non appassionati, potranno gustare una selezione fra le migliori bevande compresi i tre distillati del Sol Levante:

• KOZUE: distillato della prefettura di Wakayama tra cui: pino ombrello giapponese, mandarino Unshu e pepe Sansho.
• KI NO BI: con yuzu giallo dal nord della prefettura di Kyoto, cipolle in legno hinoki, bambù, tè gyokuro dalla regione Uji e bacche di sanshō verde.
• NIKKA: prodotto dalla distilleria di Miyagiko con Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu e Shikuwasa, pepe Sansho, succo di mela, ginepro, angelica, coriandolo, buccia di limone e scorza d’arancia.

This time we are offering you another special appointment, one of those you can’t miss. A weekend entirely dedicated to one of the most famous spirits in the world: Gin. Also taking advantage of the fact that this is the year of the Gin, enthusiasts and why not, even non-enthusiasts, can enjoy a selection of the best beverages including the three distillates of the Rising Sun:

• KI NO BI: with yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto prefecture, hinoki wood onions, bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sanshō berries.
