Valeria Airoldi, Claudia Casanova e Silvia Fascians, altri grandi nomi nel campo Healthy food, Yoga e Fitness, ci illustreranno meglio come connettere corpo, mente e spirito nella tecnica dello Yoga. Tutte loro hanno ideato la missione B.E.A.T.
Cos’è B.E.A.T. ?
B.E.A.T. è l’acronimo di Breathe Eat Act Together ed è un format che ha 3 importanti focus: Fitness, Yoga e Food. Motivazione, ispirazione, esperienze, testimonianze e soprattutto aggregazione. Persone che insieme decidono di condividere le esperienze con lo yoga e dopo ricaricarsi con un cibo salutare. Il focus è divertirsi facendo qualcosa di importante per il proprio corpo e la propria mente. Ogni evento ha una causa ed il ricavato parziale o completo della vendita dei biglietti sarà devoluto all’ONLUS, organizzazione partner dell’evento.
